    This machine tool mainly uses the grinding wheel to grind various materials such as steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Depending on the material and shape of the workpiece, different clamping and positioning methods can be used. Generally flat surfaces can be ground using electromagnetic chucks or directly fastened to the workbench; flat surfaces, right-angled surfaces, arbitrary angles, cylindrical end surfaces, etc. can be ground on fixtures (custom-made fixtures).

    This model of surface grinder uses a column fixed on the base. The spindle grinding head body is fixed on the column and moves up and down (Z direction). The workbench moves forward and backward (Y direction) on the main base through the saddle. The workbench moves in the direction through the hydraulic cylinder. The structure on the saddle moves left and right (X direction).
